A professional security assessment for churches, small businesses, and community organizations — led by a retired state police SWAT leader with 20+ years of experience in threat assessment, tactical planning, and force science. Most small organizations have no formal security plan. The ones that do often built it without the benefit of operational expertise. This service changes that. What's included: • Half-day on-site walkthrough and vulnerability assessment • Review of current security procedures, staff training, and emergency response • Evaluation of building layout, entry/exit points, sight lines, and gathering areas • Interviews with key personnel or security team members (as appropriate) • Written security brief with prioritized recommendations • Follow-up consultation call within 30 days Who this is for: • Churches and places of worship • Private schools and daycares • Small businesses, clinics, and professional offices • HOA communities and non-profits • Any organization that wants a real plan, not a checklist Pricing starts at $750 for standard assessments.
